The hotel did not have an elevator to our rooms. The breakfast was very limited, the offer was very limited: there were only boiled eggs (cold from the fridge) every single day. Only 1 type of coffee. I asked for gluten-free bread and they gave me a moulded one. We stayed for 3 days. In the rooms/ bathroom did not have soap and shower gel. The personnel were rude. Cleaning did not happen every day in the room. There is no mini fridge or kettle in the rooms.

I stayed for one night on 26/07/23. My room (516) was just awful. There was an unpleasant smell of mould or god-knows-what, windows are single glazed, walls are super thin, no bath gel or hand soup provided, door lock was broken, and i could hear loud people from upstairs and from next door (room 515). I did not sleep at all. I felt like there were elephants walking upstairs and some party going on next door. I could constantly hear doors opening and shutting from the corridor, as well as people talking loud without respect of the night time. I checked in at 12am and i had to wake up at 5am to catch an early train from Gare De Lyon. I was already exhausted from a long day and all i wanted was just to jump in bed and sleep. Unfortunately for me, i managed to sleep only about an hour. I was continuously woken up and disturbed by other guests. I could also hear people, cars and noises from the street (my room was on the 5th floor) because like I said windows are single glazed. The switch in the room is too far from the door, so if you arrive at dark times, prepare to turn on the torch app of your phone to search better in the dark where the room switch is. The pillows are super thin but the mattress was nice though (the only thing I liked about the room). Internet wasn’t the best, I wouldn’t say “super fast” as advertised. I paid €80 for an hour sleep eventually. What a rip off! Horrible hotel and will never go back again. I had another reservation booked on 12/08/23 which i now cancelled. Better booking somewhere else. I literally couldn’t wait to leave the property. Lobby and patio areas are great though. Shame they don’t invest the same amount of money to improve the guest rooms too. I’d rather stay in a hotel with a horrible lobby but a great room experience. That’s what really count at the end of the day. At least for me. Big NO for me. Sorry!

Good points: convenient locality, quite comfortable bed, clean rooms, competitive price, pleasant check-in. Breakfast is tolerable. But that is about all that is good. Rooms as uninviting as you can imagine, no air conditioning and window do not open properly, door lock is broken, no toiletries - not even a smallest piece of soap, no teapot, in short nothing except bare furniture, bedding and one towel. WiFi is a joke. Checkout hours are crazy – you have to be out at 9.30.

The reviews of this establishment are a travesty of reality. The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, there was a good view, close proximity to the Metro, and a relatively tasty breakfast. There was a lovely cat, who welcomed us warmly when we arrived! The staff were friendly and helpful. There were no problems regarding ants and the staff did not confiscate food. The bathrooms were clean and large; however, the door didn't lock. Our window opened well, which was great for ventilation. The only real downside is the lack of amenities in the room. It's a bare room with minimal furniture and is clearly designed for cost-effectiveness rather than comfort. But, this is to be expected at this price range - so this is a moot point. I should advise prospective travellers to take other reviews with a sizeable pinch of salt. For such a reasonable price, this hostel is worth visiting. #ViveLaFiap

My friend and I stayed at an all girls dorm for 5 nights. Here was the BAD experiences we faced…. 1. My friends locker in the shared dorm did I not work, after we noticed this she went to front desk where she was met with awful front desk service from F****e. He simply said lockers aren’t meant to be used because they do not want to go up to rooms and unlock them when people forget codes. So first he says lockers aren’t meant to be used (which later another front desk worker said they are) then he says he will come and unlock it, but it wasn’t locked it was broken and did not lock, he said he would send someone up later (which he never did) and she left it at that. A few minutes later we decided to ask to switch to another bed within the room for a locker that works to then he started SCREAMING at us in the lobby for coming to him a second time asking about the same locker issue, which is totally logical for us to want a locker that works in a shared dorm. He was very nasty with us and we kept stating the locker did not lock and he was not interested in what we had to say, we offered to show him a video of the issue with the locker (as we understand a language barrier in case he did not understand we were saying it did not lock) he waved his hand at us uninterested at the proof and eventually he said he will send maintenance up to look (again, he never did). Throughout the day nothing was resolved we went to front desk later and we stated the same issue to another guy and he simply gave her a different locker with no issue as the Felice should have done. 2. We had ANTS in our room!!! No wonder why they don’t allow food- they haven’t fixed their ant infestation!!! 3. NO HAND SOAP IN OUR ROOM -BUT THEY STATE THEY ARE COVID-19 cleanly… 4. I’m unsure if it’s normal for hostels but they clean the room while we are gone-, but when we would come back, dirty towels were left in the bathroom. None to be provided fresh, as new comers arrived at different times. 5. The vending machine took my money and I later noticed on my bank statement- No I was not fully refunded.
